Intumescent EP/CP Paint for Plaster
This is a fire barrier made of foil-clad intumescent material, supplied with fixings. Sound proofing can be provided in the form of fireproof sponge (UF60/S).
Our underfloor fire barrier is used to protect decorative plaster ceilings and lath and plaster ceilings in which the plaster has become loosened from the laths. The barrier is installed by lifting a few floor boards, then sliding the barrier between the joists, and finally fixing it with the battens provided and 40mm clout nails.
