Intumescent Letter Box Linners and Plates
An intumescent fire and smoke protection letter flap system comprising a frame fitted with smoke protection
seal and a spring-loaded flap, which can be used on either side of a door, and an intumescent
liner to fix into the door aperture. A security hood or lockable letter plate (LLP – 50mm W x 267mm H)
can be supplied as internal alternatives to fit to the door.
Plates can be painted to BS and RAL colours as an optional extra.
Our intumescent fire and smoke protection letter plates can be fitted to doors from 36mm thick to 70mm thick.
The aperture size for the small version (L1 - L4 range) is 267x50mm and the overall size is 315mm x 75mm.
The aperture size for the medium version (L6 - L8 range) is 290x69mm and the overall size is 335x100mm.
The aperture size for the large version (L9 - L12 range) is 350x100mm and the overall size is 390x120mm.
Fixing screws are supplied with all sizes.
