Fire rated riser doors

This panel is only suitable for wall application.

As a highly customisable item, all of our riser doors are made to measure.

The panels door leaf is locked in place via a 3 point lock as standard.

Other lock options are available upon request.

The panel is powder coated RAL 9010 30% gloss.

All of our fire rated riser doors have been fire tested to appropriate British standards. Please see the data sheets for more information.

Construction

The panel is manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9mm thick door and a 1.2mm frame.

The panels’ door leaf is hinged by a Fast Fit Hinge System which saves time on fitting compared to a Full Piano Hinge system.

Smoke, acoustic and airtight rated riser doors can be manufactured if necessary. Please state if you need any of these features when requesting your quote.

Installation

The structural opening must be 7mm larger than the panel size, back of frame size.

This panel is fitted with an Ezi-fit hinge, so it is quicker to install than a standard riser door with a piano hinge.
