SC803 can achieve a smooth white matt finish and only requires a topcoat if a decorative finish is required.

Application Instructions:

This paint should be applied to a clean, undamaged and dry, primed surface. Please contact us on 01752 690997 for a full list of primers.

It is paramount that the steels and the basecoat do not get wet during application and drying.

The air and surface temperature of the steels should be at least 5°C upon application and a maximum of 40°C.

Steel surface temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point.

The product must not be thinned. Instead, it should be mixed with a mechanical mixer in preparation for application.

We recommend application by airless spray. This product can also be applied by brush or roller. A short piled roller will achieve a light textured finish.

We recommend to overcoat the intumescent after a minimum of 16 hours.

Storage:

Please store in a dry area in temperatures between 5°C  and 35°C .

It has a shelf life of 9 months in an un-opened container.
