TBA Firefly Apollo Lite
The TBA Firefly Apollo Lite Fire curtain provides 30 minutes fire resistance and insulation.
It is designed for vertical installation in larger concealed spaces within buildings, namely extensive cavities.
Do not install this curtain horizontally.
Apollo Lite Materials:
The main material used to manufacture this fire curtain is woven glass fibre fabric.
This fabric is then coated in a dual purpose chemical treatment which both optimises thermal properties and helps prevent fire migration.

It is both lightweight and flexible, making it easy to install.
Moreover, it is durable and non-toxic.

In vertical installation: Exceeds 30 minutes integrity with 30 minutes insulation when tested to BS 476 parts 20/22: 1987
This rating is above the minimum requirements for fire barriers as detailed by the UK’s building regulations.
It is also tested to BS476 parts 6 and 7, which pertain to fire propagation and the surface spread of flame.
Further testing is in process to assess its suitability for fixing into steel and timber, as well as horizontal installation.

This product can only be installed vertically.
It can be cut to shape if required.
Accessories to go with Apollo Lite:
TBA Firefly’s R31 staples (12mm), using the R31 staple gun, should be used, as per the installation manual.
Can also be installed with the TBA Firefly Collaroll and high temperature adhesive, to seal penetrations.
