Nullifire Intumescent Paint & Coatings

Nullifire started their journey for improving fire safety within building and construction industry in Coventry, UK in 1973 and now with over 50 years of experience in passive fire protection, Nullifire has acquired knowledge that has allowed them to develop highly regarded products within the industry. Their aim has remained the same over the years: To offer protection from fire to people and buildings.

Nullifire launched their first intumescent coating for steel in the early 80’s and have since formulated intumescent coatings which can achieve up to 120 minutes fire protection. Many of which have Optifire technology, enabling the paint to be identified after application.

The majority of their intumescent paint range is water-based; however, they do produce some solvent-based products to cater for C3 & C4 environments.

In 2001 Nullifire started developing fire stopping technologies and in 2005 they launched the first set of fire stopping sealants. They now have wide variety of fire stopping equipment which ranges from fire batts and mastic, to pipe collars and air transfer grilles, which we can quote for upon request.

As a company, their products have been used in many different buildings, including schools, universities, airports, businesses and leisure facilities. They also have been used globally, in multiple continents.
