Grade 13 Fire Rated Ball Bearing Hinges

Consort’s fire rated CBH102 ball bearing hinges are sold as pairs or in packs of 3. Ensure that 3 hinges are used per fire door.

Product testing

During fire testing, they were found to achieve up to 240 minutes on metal doors and up to 120 minutes on wooden doors, in accordance with EN1634-1.

Independently tested to EN1935

These hinges have been tested to be durable to over 200 000 cycles

They have a load bearing capacity of up to 120Kg
