Timonox Matt Finishes
To start off our introduction of Timonox finishes, we covered Timonox Acrylic Eggshell yesterday. In this blog we will cover the two Timonox Matt finishes: Vinyl Matt and Scrubbable Matt.
Timonox Vinyl Matt is the second of the three finishes in the Timonox range.
Key Facts:
- It is the only paint in the range that can be overcoated with Timonox Anti-Graffiti Flame Retardant Glaze
- As with all of the Timonox finishes, it is recoatable after 4 hours and touch dry within 1 hour
- It is available in the greatest number of colours of all of the finishes: 1075, with its standard colour being Brilliant White
- It is water-based
- It cannot be painted over with paint outside of the Timonox range
- Paint in poor condition must be stripped before applying this product, unless Timonox Bonding Primer is used
Timonox Scrubbable Matt is the third of the three finishes in the Timonox range.
Key Facts:
- It is durable and highly scrub resistant, ideal for communal areas
- It has no anti-glaze properties
- As with all of the Timonox finishes, it is recoatable after 4 hours and touch dry within 1 hour
- It is available in 718 different colours
- It is water-based
- It cannot be painted over with paint outside of the Timonox range
- Paint in poor condition must be stripped before applying this product, unless Timonox Bonding Primer is used
