Flipfix Tile Door Beaded Frame Wall Panel

This custom-made lift-out panel is only suitable for wall application. With the FlipFix feature, it means that less time is needed to fit in comparison to standard access panels.

As a customisable item, all of our ceramic tile door panels are made to measure.

The panel has a fully demountable door which is located with via a locating angle at the bottom of the door.

To stop the door from falling away from the frame when opening the panel, it comes with a Controlled Action device.

Size ranges are made to measure according to customer specification.

Beaded frame only

Non-fire rated, although fire rated versions are available.

Various different lock types:

• Standard Lock
• 5MB 5mm Bit
• CTL Castellated Key Lock
• TC Touch Catch (default)

Panel dimensions and measurements applied to customer specification, which means that it will meet your sizing needs and other requirements.

Construction and Installation

The panel is manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9mm thick door and a 1.2mm frame.

It is designed with a perforated frame and a moisture board so that tiles can adhere to it properly.

When applying the tiling, the tiles should not overhang the frame or door as doing so will damage the tiles.
