Intuwrap by Quelfire
Quelfire’s QWW Intuwrap can be used within concrete floors, on plastic pipes including: PVC, PVC-U, PE, HDPE, MDPE & PP pipes.
This product comes in multiple different sizes, to be adaptable for different pipe sizes. For example, a 32mm Intuwrap can be used on a 32mm pipe (external pipe diameter measurement).

Product Testing
This product has been tested to BSEN 1366-3: 2009
Classified according to EN 13501-2: 2007 + A1: 2009
It carries a CE Mark
This pipe wrap has been tested to Type X durability, meaning it is suitable for conditions exposed to weathering.
Composition
The Quelfire pipe wraps are made from a graphite based intumescent material, which is encased into a polythene cover.
When hot, the intumescent softens and chars to plug the pipe and prevent the passage of smoke and fire.
Installation information
Refer to the table above to ensure that the correct sized holes are diamond drilled.
If the holes are too large, contact us for guidance.
Do not remove the orange plastic sleeve when installing Quelfire Intuwraps.
Use the self-adhesive tape on the wrap to secure it to the pipe. Please ensure that there is no gap around the wrap and that it is flush with the concrete slab or fire seal.
There is no need for any mechanical fixings.
