Responder24 Electromagnetic Door Closer

The Responder 24 Electromagnetic Door Closer by Rutland is an oil-free product, which can be used on a wide variety of doors.

You can install it on the push or pull side, plus left or right hand side of doors.

Your door must have a maximum weight of 80kg and a maximum door width of 1100mm.

Suitable for FD30 and FD60 doors.

Responder24 door closers have an EN4 Power Size.

The latch speed and closing speed is adjustable.

These electromagnetic door closers come with a 5 year guarantee.

It has a hold open and a swing free function. We recommend having the door closer on “hold-open mode” in corridors and “swing-free mode” in room doors.

The standard colour is silver, although they can be made in the following additional finishes: Satin Nickel Plate (SNP), Polished Nickel Plate (PNP) and Electro Brass (PVD).

Furthermore, a power supply unit and a 600mm wire length are both available upon request. Please contact us if you require either of these.

This product is activated by the fire alarm and it can be over ridden with its switch if required.

These door closers have been independently tested to conform with BS EN 1155.

They have been CE Marked under classification 484113

They have been fire tested in accordance with BS EN 1634, to be used on up to 60 minute door sets.
